Who will we actually work with?
Our founders scope and oversee every project. You also get a named project lead who manages day-to-day delivery and communication.
Can we work together if we are in a different time zone?
Yes. We schedule calls in your working day, keep a shared project board, send written weekly updates and record walkthroughs. Most clients find the overlap easy to manage.
Do you work under NDA?
Yes. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA before you share sensitive information.
Pricing and contracts
What does a typical project cost?
Most projects fall between $4,000 and $20,000, depending on scope. See our engagement models for typical ranges.
Do you quote fixed prices?
Yes. After discovery we send a written proposal with a fixed price, deliverables and timeline.
Do you need a long-term contract?
Projects are one-off. Ongoing retainers start with an initial three-month period and then run month to month.
Projects and timelines
How long does a project take?
A focused website or CRM project usually takes 4 to 8 weeks. A connected growth system with integrations and automation typically takes 8 to 14 weeks.
What do you need from us?
A decision-maker for approvals, access to your existing systems and some time from the people who handle marketing, sales and operations. We tell you exactly what is needed and when.
What happens if something goes wrong after launch?
Every project includes a post-launch support period. Issues caused by our work are fixed at no charge.
Technology and platforms
Which platforms do you work with?
WordPress, Shopify and Webflow for websites, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, Salesforce and GoHighLevel for CRM, and Zapier, Make or n8n for automation, among others.
Who owns the accounts and data?
You do. We set up platforms in your name or transfer ownership at handover, and we document every login and integration.
Can you work with our existing systems?
Usually, yes. We often improve and connect what you already have rather than replacing it.
After launch
Will our team be trained?
Yes. We run role-based training and provide written guides and recorded walkthroughs.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes, through our ongoing growth and optimization retainers, or ad hoc support when you need it.
