Client overview
Jakhura Jewellers is a family jeweller that has served Nashik for more than 30 years, known for BIS hallmarked gold, premium silver and honest guidance. It runs three showrooms in the city: 18K gold at Doodh Bazaar, 22K gold on Pakhal Road and an exclusive silver showroom at Hari Akruti.
The starting point
The business had three decades of trust and word of mouth, but almost no digital presence. More and more buyers, especially younger families, now discover jewellers on Instagram and Google before they ever visit a store. The owner wanted that new audience walking into the showrooms, and wanted the business to be able to run its own digital presence in the long term.

Strategy and recommendations
- Build the complete digital presence from scratch: website, online store and every social platform, with one consistent brand
- Use the online catalogue to bring people into the showrooms, since most jewellery is still bought in person
- Plan campaigns around festivals, weddings and new collection launches, aimed at shoppers in and around Nashik
- Show purity, hallmarking and pricing openly, because trust decides where people buy gold
- Train the owner and team from day one, and hand over to an in-house team so the business could keep growing on its own
What we built
Online store
A website and online store with the full catalogue by category, from rings and bangles to silver and investment coins, with purity details and pan-India shipping.
Showroom journey
A store finder with directions to all three showrooms, plus click-to-call and email, so online interest turns into a visit.
Social media presence
Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Pinterest set up and branded, with a content plan for new collections, offers and craftsmanship.
Festive and collection campaigns
Paid and organic campaigns on Instagram and Facebook for festivals and launches, targeted at shoppers in Nashik.
Content the team can own
A blog and social formats for collection launches, in-store events and announcements, simple enough for the team to keep producing.
Investment range online
Gold and silver coins, bars and gift items in their own section, giving people a reason to buy beyond special occasions.
Training and handover
For six to seven months we set up and ran the digital presence alongside the business, training the owner and team members on the store, content and campaigns as we went. We then handed everything over to a team the business hired for the job, which now manages the complete digital presence. Collection launches, in-store events and announcements are created and published by that team today.
The outcome
Within six to seven months, footfall and walk-ins across the showrooms more than doubled. Just as important, the business no longer depends on an agency: it owns its website, its social channels and the skills to keep them growing.
What a connected next step looks like
For a retailer like Jakhura, the natural next step is bringing store enquiries, WhatsApp messages and online orders into one customer list, with automated reminders for festivals, anniversaries and new collections that bring buyers back. See how we approach this for eCommerce and product brands.
