Krazeyy By Jazmy is a beauty store and salon supplier in Raja Garden, New Delhi. It carries around 60 brands across hair care, skin care, makeup, professional salon products, body care and tools, from salon names like L'Oréal Professionnel and Kérastase to everyday favourites. The store is open to everyone, and salons, makeup artists and resellers can order in bulk.
The starting point
Krazeyy was preparing to open its store with no digital presence at all. It serves two very different customers: shoppers who want one lipstick or a new shampoo, and salon owners who want a reliable supplier for their whole restock list. It needed to be found from day one, to speak clearly to both audiences and, above all, to bring a crowd through the door on launch day and through launch week.

A dedicated bulk orders journey that explains how ordering works and lets salons send their list by form or WhatsApp.

Instagram, Facebook and YouTube set up and branded, ready for product, offer and launch content.

Google Business Profile and Justdial set up, so people searching for a beauty store or salon supplier in West Delhi find Krazeyy.

Now in progress: the store launch
The first campaign is the store launch. We are planning promotional events and running organic and paid campaigns on social media and Google, focused on one goal: a high footfall on launch day and through launch week. After launch, the same channels move to ongoing campaigns for both shoppers and salon buyers.
Where it stands
Krazeyy opens with a complete digital presence already in place: website, catalogue, bulk ordering, social media, Google Business Profile and Justdial, all pointing people to the store. This is an ongoing project, and we will add launch results here.
